Elm Crest Manor is owned and operated by Peace Church of New Salem ND. Elm Crest Manor was opened in 1969. Elm Crest is a 68 bed non-profit nursing home which provides a program of geriatric services and continuous skilled nursing care. In addition Elm Crest has 10 assisted living apartments. Dr. Don Kosiak is the Medical Director for Elm Crest, responsible to assure that all physicians abide by the policies and procedures of the home.
