It starts right here. The first contact the new prospective resident has is with Social Services Manager, Jo Hoger. Immediately you feel the warmth Elm Crest Manor is known for as you build a relationship with Jo. Jo walks the resident and the family members through the steps needed to become a member of our Elm Crest family.
Jo started her career at Elm Crest over 22 years ago as the Manager, Social Services. Jo serves as the liaison between the family and the residents personal needs. Jo is dedicated to ensuring the communication lines between the family and the resident is in place to ensure the happiness and comfort of the resident. Jo has been recognized for excellence as Social Services Manager with consecutive Care Giver of the Year nominations.
Jo is proud of the reputation Elm Crest Manor has built as a Premier Care Facility. Jo points to the hard work and dedication of the entire staff from which Jo says our reputation is built upon.
