- Is courteous to residents, co-workers and visitors
- Patient and understanding. Encourages self help and mantains a hopeful attitude.
- Respects confidences. Never discuss the resident's condition or problems with anyone other than permitted by HIPPA regulations.
- Is prompt. Reports to work on time.
- Is dependable. Is regular in attendance. Notifies the supervisor early if unable to work.
- Is honest in all dealings with supervisor, residents, co-workers and community.
- Accepts constructive criticism to improve skills and abilities.
- Maintains good health by getting adequate rest, recreation and diet.
- Is well groomed. Uniforms must be cleaned and pressed.
